AppleScript is Mac-only. Here are some Windows solutions.

download & install

Click the red download button. A .zip file will be downloaded to your "Downloads" folder.

The .zip file should open a disk image (.dmg) file which will mount and display in the Finder.
Now, open a new Finder window and navigate to your [username]/Library/iTunes/Scripts/ folder.

If there is no folder named "Scripts" there, create one.
Select and drag the files from the disk image window into the "Scripts" folder. Scripts placed in this folder will appear in the iTunes Scripts menu.
Close the disk image window and eject it from the Finder sidebar.

Batch-append text to comments

Append to Comments

This script lets you append text to multiple tracks' comments without losing the current comment text. Entered text can be placed before or after the existing comments. Currently if you edit the comments of multiple tracks, iTunes will delete any text that may have been there before. Read Me explains more. (Also see Append To Selected Tag.)
