Append to Comments
This script lets you append text to multiple tracks' comments without losing the current comment text. Entered text can be placed before or after the existing comments. Currently if you edit the comments of multiple tracks, iTunes will delete any text that may have been there before. Read Me explains more. (Also see Append To Selected Tag.)
