Delete empty playlists

This script will delete all empty user-created playlists (with the option to include or ignore empty Smart Playlists). Use this script if you have been affected by the iTunes Match Empty Playlists glitch, whereby thousands of empty playlists are created while using iTunes Match.

Also see Merge-Delete Playlists.

Delete Empty Playlists is for the Mac OS. It does not run on the Windows operating system.
