Remove tracks from a playlist after playing

Applet creates and maintains a "request Juke-box" playlist where "requested" songs can added and played in order. Once a song has been played it is removed from the list to keep it nice and tidy.

Designated as a Retro Script because: Function is replicated by using Smart Playlists or Party Shuffle.
