Rip CD tracks on the fly, but don't add to iTunes

Imports selected tracks from a CD with iTunes (using an on-the-fly selected encoder; your Preferences-selected encoder is restored after running the script) and places the resulting ripped file(s) into a folder located wherever you designate.

Though files are added to iTunes as part of the importing process they are subsequently removed from the iTunes Library and removed from the Music folder.
