Music app
UPDATED: Media Folder Files Not Added v2.5
This application will list the file paths of the media files in your designated "Media" folder which are not associated with any tracks in the Music or TV app's track library. Additionally, a different parent folder can be user-selected and its contents will be compared to the current library. Includes options to Filter within results, Move a selection of found files to a user-chosen folder, Search for related tracks in Music app, Add (or drag-and-drop) a selection of found files to Music or TV, move them to the Trash and Export a text file listing the file paths.

UPDATED: Multi-Item Edit v7.8
This applet will allow you to view and edit most tags (and some additional options) of the selected track(s) in a single floating window using single-edit mode (one selected track) or multi-edit mode, which emulates the pre-iTunes 12 "multiple items" format; that is, a checkbox adjacent to each tag allows you to select which changes are to be applied to the selection's tags.
Can also be used to copy collected tags from one set of tracks to another set of tracks by toggling "Information Tracking".
Latest version:
- Minor UI update to mimic media apps' Favorite and Suggest Less terminology
More information for Multi-Item Edit v7.8 and download link is here.
UPDATED: Copy Tag Info Tracks to Tracks v6.8
This applet will copy specific tag data from one set of selected tracks to a second set of selected tracks. You can copy any combination of Checkmark, Song Title, Artist, Album Artist, Album, Genre, Year, Disc and Track, Composer, Grouping, Work, Movement, BPM, Comments, Lyrics, Rating, Favorite/Suggest Less, Plays/Skips, Artwork and Compilation.
Use with thoughtfulness. Both sets of selected tracks should be sorted by Play Order/Playlist Order (or at the very least using the same sorting) so the tag info is copied in the correct order from and to the intended tracks.
Only tracks in the local Media library are accessible. Tracks in the Apple Music interface are inaccessible.
Latest version:
- Minor UI changes to mimic Music app's (1.4.1+) Favorite and Suggest Less terminology

UPDATED: Rate Me! Rate Me! v6.7
This stay-open applet watches your playing tracks and when one begins playing displays a notification-sized panel whereby a Rating and/or Favorite or Suggest Less for the track can be entered. Features options to display only unrated playing tracks and timer preferences for how soon and how long the panel is displayed.
While you could easily rate the current track from the Music app's icon in the Dock, this script interrupts you and compels you to do so.

UPDATED: Edit Category Tag v1.0
Universal, for macOS 11 and later only. The Category tag is a holdover from when iTunes managed podcasts. In the Music app, it is only visible and accessible when a playlist is in "Songs" View. This simple script will enable you to apply text to the Category tag of one or more selected tracks. (This tag is not transferred to the metadata of a track's file; it does not "travel" with a file.)
